"HoReCa NY," an American company with its HQ in New-York City, is seeking a remote sales manager.

We have a team of project managers, designers, IT experts, and marketers—so we make our goals reachable!

Permitting, design, construction, and renovation are among the services we offer. From A to Z, we offer excellent service to anyone who needs assistance with their ideal business. We manage the design, all paperwork, construction (from a sink replacement to a complete or partial renovation), and so forth.

Responsibilities:

  1. Cold calls: Daily phone calls to potential customers in order to present the company's services and identify customer needs and promote services.
  2. Negotiation: Professionally negotiating, resolving objections, generating interest in the business and its product, and establishing relationships of trust with clients.
  3. Customer consulting: Answering inquiries with complete information about the company's services, and preparing initial commercial proposals.
  4. Making appointments: Set up meetings with potential clients and pass on leads to a group of project managers or top designers.
  5. Document management: Maintaining client records, monitoring the sales funnel's phases, and interacting with the CRM system to updаtеinformation.
  6. Cost-benefit analysis: Creating reports on completed tasks, analyzing call conversion and the effectiveness of the sales approach.

Requirements:

  1. Working hours - EST: In winter time 18:00-01:00, in summer time 17:00 – 24:00 (Belarus time)
  2. Proficiency in English at the C1 level and above: Able to communicate effectively in English, negotiate, and discuss project specifics with American speakers.
  3. Cold sales experience: B2B or B2C sales experience, ideally in the real estate, architectural, or interior design sectors.
  4. Communication skills: The ability to communicate confidently on the phone, persuasion and active listening skills.
  5. Organization and attention to detail: Having the ability to monitor the phases of customer engagement and adapt to the sales plan.
  6. Knowledge of CRM systems: Experience working with CRM systems to maintain a customer base and analyze sales milestones.
