*** The company Smartym Pro has been involved in software development for european and USA customers for 11 years. We performed hundreds of significant projects during these years. The majority of projects was developed completely by Smartym Pro team and there are some projects where our employees work directly in client teams.

We develop a CRM system for investment companies, which allows you to optimize the work of investment funds, start-up projects, banks, payment systems (document flow, financial reporting, internal communication with company clients).

Our product is already 5 years old, it received a new round of investments for 2023-2025.

We are recruiting QA engineers to conduct manual exploratory tests as part of our continuous delivery process, and create and maintain a suite of automated regression tests.

*** English Level B2-C1 (real experience in communicating with English-speaking customers)

Our ideal candidate has significant experience of creating and following test plans, conducting manual exploratory testing, working with product owners to understand requirements, creating and maintaining automated tests (ideally with Cypress). You should be open to learning other automation technologies, as we will be developing our automated testing strategy in the future.

You will have significant experience of testing browser-based back-office and public-facing software, and will be comfortable switching between manual and automated testing as the need arises.

You will have worked in a lean and/or agile environment. Our squads work with small epics as close to single-piece-flow as possible. You will be responsible for creating mini test plans as part of the epic specification phase, and executing your tests as an integral part of our continuous delivery process.

You will be embedded within an engineering squad, working very closely with the software developers and the product owner. You will be an integral part of the delivery mechanism, communicating constantly with everyone in the squad. Past experience of working in this way will be incredibly beneficial.

Our customers are major investment managers, fund administrators, placement agents, wealth managers and private banks who currently provide services to larger, institutional investors. Experience of working in the investment banking space is therefore very beneficial, although it is not essential.
