Project:

One of our flagship initiatives is PropertyVIEW® Content Verification Services, which provides hotels with insights into their market trends and best practices. Our team of auditors conducts detailed analysis of hotels and provides reports to clients, which help them make data-driven decisions to improve their revenue and operational efficiency.

A strong candidate will have:

  • Excellent written and oral English language skills (B2 or higher).
  • Problem solving approach.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently.

Your responsibilities would include:

  • Day to day customer's requests queue management consisting of incoming support tickets (CRM Zoho, e-mails);
  • Processing tickets and distributing the requests from clients to the dedicated teams;
  • Processing the tickets from the travel websites, checking the updates, correspondence with the websites.
