We, Aksamit Mobile Solutions, specialize in application development for tech startups and established enterprises in the US and Western Europe. Our projects are not tied to one area, so there is an opportunity to work with cool products in Fintech, Health, Social Media and Blockchain.

We are looking for a Middle / Senior ML Developer to join our growing team for a long-term project.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy scalable ML models for real-world applications.
Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to integrate ML solutions into production systems.
Conduct data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model optimization.
Evaluate model performance and ensure continuous improvement.
Stay up to date with the latest research and technologies in AI/ML.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices in ML development.

Must-have:

3+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Data Science, or related fields.
Strong programming skills in Python (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.).
Solid understanding of statistics, data modeling, and ML algorithms.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure) and MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, etc.).
Hands-on experience with data pipelines and model deployment in production environments.
Proficiency in SQL and working with large datasets.

Nice-to-have:

Experience with Deep Learning, NLP, or Computer Vision.
Familiarity with LLMs, RAG pipelines, or generative AI.
Knowledge of data engineering tools (Airflow, Spark, Kafka).
Exposure to A/B testing, recommendation systems, or forecasting models.
Experience in microservice architecture and API development.
Advanced degree (MSc/PhD) in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
