We’re looking for a Senior SDR who’s more than just a prospector - someone who brings creativity, strategy and precision to outbound sales. If you’re tired of “spray and pray” and want to help build intelligent, high-converting outreach systems, this role is for you.
You’ll work with our Head of Business Development and Marketing to shape messaging, test strategies and build scalable processes that generate qualified opportunities across the US, EU and CIS.
Requirements:
- Experience contributing to or owning parts of GTM strategy: defining ICPs, refining USP, packaging offers
- Strong creative and strategic thinking - able to craft personalized messaging, not rely on templates
- Track record of rapidly testing and validating outreach hypotheses across diverse regions
- Experience targeting European, US, and CIS markets with a good grasp of cultural and communication nuances
- Proven experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Clay, Instantly, Lavender, etc.) for outreach personalization and automation
- Hands-on experience with multi-channel automation platforms for LinkedIn/email outreach (e.g., Lemlist, Expandi, Waalaxy, etc.)
- Fluent English.
